Alright, so not everyone needs to drive 2500 miles on vacation with 6 people. BUT we weighed the choices, flying with 4 children (one being 2 yo), cost, vehicle durability, kid’s tolerance to driving, etc And ultimately we had been pretty sure we made the correct alternative in driving. As long as we get away from our home and see one thing new don’t you suppose? A vacation near dwelling is going away from your house to a spot the place you do not have to do any of the cooking or cleaning up of the resort you are staying in, that is a vacation for anyone isn’t it? That is what I assume a vacation is anyway. Vacation and travel are totally different but both nice, please don’t take this as a declaration that one is best than the opposite. I am not in ANY way against flying. In truth, I know my children would like it. But with the cost of our vacation and the prices of flying, for this trip for what we would have liked to save, it made extra sense for us to drive. If the costs are decrease for you to fly OR in the event you simply cannot stomach the thought of driving, you must undoubtedly do what you are the most snug with!
